Founded on 1993 by Mr. Carmelo T. Ayson with the help and support of his brother Col. Ruben T. Ayson (Phil Marines) and brother in law, Brig. Gen. Juanito R. Rimando. Mr. Boy Ayson is a civilian businessman with extensive experience in marketing and entrepreneurship. Inspired by his father's (former Korean Philcag veterans) wisdom and vision, he struggled to survived the company that was originally registered under the name COMMANDER SECURITY AND MANPOWER SERVICES (1993).
